Fees, Withdrawals & Refunds

Fees, Withdrawals & Refunds Fees will be collected on all working days between 08.00 a.m. to 02:00 pm and 02.30 p.m to 04:00 pm. Payment of Tuition Fees
  1. Fees should be paid quarterly by the 30th of April, 15th of July, 15th of  October Fees and 15th of January.
  2. Should the child commence school in any quarter (Term) and is withdrawn during the term, the full quarterly fees will have to be paid, irrespective of the duration of attendance.
  3. If Fees are not paid in time, a late fee will be levied.
  4. Students will not be permitted to sit for any of the examinations unless all dues are paid up-to-date. A clearance Card/ Admit Card will be issued to the students who have cleared their fess to enable them to sit for the examination(s).
Admission
  1. Fees -  At the time of admission, fees will be accepted in cash only.
  2. Withdrawals - One clear calendar month’s notice in writing should be given to the school if parents wish to withdraw a child from school. If a proper written notice is not given, one month’s fee ‘IN LIEU OF NOTICE’ has to be paid.
Security Refunds
  1. Security refunds may be collected on all working Fridays between 2.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. only.
  2. The security deposit will, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, be adjusted against any arrears of fees.  If the security deposit is not collected within six months from the date of withdrawal, please note that it will then stand cancelled.
